Hey guys!
I totally meant to post more often this week, but I have been having some neck and back issues again. I went to a doctor who was completely useless so then I went to a chiropractor who gave me a thorough exam today. I have to go back to him next week to see the results of the exam and discuss treatment options. As some of you may remember, at least those of you who have been following my site for a LONG, LONG time (we’re talking around 2009!), I had 2 disks in my neck fused together and a titanium plate screwed into my spine… It was fun times… 
. That surgery was awful! But it helped with some of the pain. But lately I have been getting the really bad headaches and numbness in my arms and hands again. I REALLY don’t want to have surgery again – so I am going to give this chiropractor a shot.
ANYWAY, sorry to bore you! I know that some of you like knowing what is going on in my life. For those of you who don’t – too bad – lol. I am sharing anyway.
